COVID-19 Information

Amidst the current COVID-19 crisis, our teams are working tirelessly and safely to keep the UK connected and running efficiently.

As always, our priority is to Make Networks Work, and with the latest Government advice on social distancing and self-isolation, comes unprecedented capacity demands and growing strains on the networks.

As a result, we are enormously aware of the important role we play in ensuring that people of all ages and in all areas of the UK have uninterrupted access to mobile connectivity for:

  • 999 emergency & medical services
  • Online learning amid school closures
  • Working from home & remote working
  • Staying in touch with family, friends and the outside world

We want to assure you that, alongside working tirelessly to provide fault rectification, maintenance, upgrade and enhancement work to the UK’s networks, we are also taking stringent measures to ensure the health & safety of our workforce and the general public. Our office-based teams are now largely working from home, therefore if you have any enquiries for these staff, please contact them directly, or email and they will be happy to assist you.

Like many other key worker industries, we have seen a big leap in demand and complexity, therefore, I want to take a moment to thank our colleagues for their incredible efforts during these unprecedented times.

Because of this increase in demand, we also have a large number of urgent Engineer vacancies available – if you would like to help keep the UK connected and learn more about these vacancies, please click here.

Although with additional precautions and safety measures, we are very much running business as usual to ensure that the UK’s networks are kept running efficiently.

Thank you

Paul Garston
