Our office: Nestled near Chester, our modern head office is light, bright and of course… orange. There is free parking on site and easy access to local transport. Due to COVID-19, the majority of our teams are working from home, but we hope to be back in the office soon!

Working Days: We understand that you have a life going on outside the office walls, whether that is the school run or a long commute, which is why we offer flexible working.

Opportunities: We want to see all our staff flourish and so offer a suite of training depending on your progression goals.

Here for the long haul: As a ‘thank you’ for you flying the Solutions30 flag for so long, after 5 years we increase your annual leave. We’re proud to have a number of staff that fall into this category.

Health care: We offer a private health care scheme that rewards staff for being healthy and active. It includes discounts on gym memberships, spa breaks and smartwatches, as well as regular freebies including Starbucks and cinema tickets.

Wellbeing: As well as fresh fruit delivered to the head office every week, we run staff wellbeing events offering everything from massages to exercise classes. Just as important as physical health, we have trained mental health first aiders across the business.

Social: Thanks to our brilliant staff committee, we have a monthly activity calendar which can range from treats on National Biscuit Day, through to summer BBQs, nights out and office Easter egg hunts.
